NGT2 s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") processes the personal data of users in connection with its online sales activities, solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and fulfilling its obligation to fulfil (invoicing). It processes only personal data that is necessary for the purpose of the processing and is suitable for the purpose. Process personal data only to the extent and for the duration necessary to achieve the purpose.
The Data Controller will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal data of customers processed in the online store.

Data processed: data provided by customers during the purchase process, necessary to fulfil the order: name, contact details (phone, email), delivery address, billing address
Purpose of data collection: order fulfilment and invoicing.

Duration of data processing: personal data stored electronically will be deleted within 10 days after the order has been fulfilled.
The customer may request the data controller to
- to be informed by the data controller about the processing of his personal data,
- rectification of his/her personal data,
- erasure or blocking of personal data.
The user can view, modify or delete his/her personal data by entering the user name and password provided during the purchase process and accessing the pages of the online shop.
If you have previously placed an order, the order will have been accompanied by the data valid at the time of placing the order. You can request information about your personal data attached to your order, or request their modification or deletion, in person, by telephone or by e-mail.
The data controller shall provide the information in writing in an intelligible form, at the user's request, within the shortest possible time from the date of the request, but not later than 10 days. If it considers the user's request to be justified, it shall promptly take steps to correct or delete the personal data.
