Shopping in an online shop
Select the product you want or log in to the system.
If you are interested in the product, enter the item number and click on the add to cart icon. You can then select more products and add them to your basket.
To stop shopping, click on the cart icon in the top navigation menu. This will give you access to the contents of your basket, where you can also remove or change the number of products. The changes you have made will be displayed when you click outside the box or press Enter. When you are satisfied with your selection, click "Continue".
Select the delivery and payment method
Enter your shipping details and click "Continue" (if you are logged in and have already created an account, the fields will be automatically filled in).
Once you have verified all the details and accepted the terms and conditions, submit your order by clicking the Submit Order button.
Once the order has been submitted and processed, the operator will send a confirmation of receipt of the order to your email address. If necessary, we will send further information about the order to the e-mail address you provided.
The goods will be delivered to you based on the delivery date.
Delivery
Delivery is provided by Pannon XP courier service and Slovak Post. Depending on the payment option selected and the stock indicated next to the product, the shipment will be dispatched within 24 hours. For purchases over €100, we deliver free of charge (up to 15 kg) or you can pick up the goods in person at our shop.
Paying for your order
Payment for the ordered goods can be made in cash directly in our shop, by transfer to our bank account (NGT2 s.r.o. : SK96 0900 0000 0051 8009 8975) (BIC-SWIFT CODE : GIBASKBX) with the variable symbol of the order, or by instant payment through PayPal payment gateways, with the option of credit card payment.
Personal collection
If you choose the personal collection option, you will receive an Order Number with your order. With this Order Number, people who are not listed in the billing or shipping address, such as a family member or employee, can pick up the shipment at our store.
Product information
The products in our store contain all relevant information such as pictures, descriptions, parameters, available versions and sub-versions, current stock levels, various identification codes and, in some cases, downloadable manuals, videos or technical documents. If you have any questions about a specific product, you can use the "Product enquiry" contact form displayed in the product details.
Securing the goods
Goods are insured by the freight forwarder for the value of the goods making up the shipment. The insurance is valid for the duration of the shipment until the goods are delivered to the customer. We recommend that you carefully inspect the package or the packaging before you take delivery of the goods from the carrier. If the parcel is damaged, we recommend that you register this information through the available facilities of the delivery service or immediately claim the parcel as a damage event on the part of the delivery service.
Replacement of goods
The size is not correct or you want a different colour of the goods you have purchased. We will give you up to 30 days to exchange the goods purchased for the same value. Please contact us for an exchange.
Return to
Our store offers a 14-day return guarantee on all goods. Condition is undamaged goods with original packaging and no signs of use. To return them, please fill in the distance contract cancellation form and send it to us with a copy of the invoice to the email address in the Contact Us section.
Tracking your shipments
The user will be informed of the status of each order via the dedicated order link, as well as via the e-mail provided and, in case of delivery, via SMS. When the shipment is handed over to the shipping service, a tracking number with a tracking link will be sent to the email.
Feedback
All goods provided in our shop are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. In the event of a complaint, please visit the Complaints section (registered user) or fill in the Complaint Report Form, which you can send to us with a copy of the invoice to the e-mail address in the Contact Us section.
